Because that's exactly what you want to do when in Paris! ;) Well, it might sound morbid, but it is quite popular. The Père Lachaise cemetery is the biggest cemetery in Paris and also the most visited cemetery in the world.

Why is this place ‘so popular’?

The Père Lachaise is well decorated and it resembles to an amazing garden with impressive above ground mausoleums. So, it becomes something like a visit to a museum, because walking through the alleys of Père Lachaise is like walking through history and art.

One of the first things people associate with Paris is bistro - it's usually a small, informal, neighborhood restaurant with simple food that every tourist should visit.  On the typical to do list are usually also: salons de thé, restaurants, ice cream shops, crêperies…(yummy!) What makes it unique?

A panoramic roof terrace (a 360°view of Paris) situated on 7^th floor of a building invisible from the street. There is no name above the doorway and no signs indicating the presence of the bar. This tells this place is reserved only for Parisians (+ some really well informed tourists like you!). The best thing is soaking up the Parisian atmosphere, French in the air, wine on your lips, sunset on the move…
